The Judgment
Following has supreme success. Perseverance furthers. No blame. Thunder lies quiet within the lake, adapting itself to the season. In order to be followed, one must first know how to follow: to serve, to adjust, to move with conditions rather than against them. Loyalty of this kind is freely given and freely returned.
The Image
Thunder in the middle of the lake: the image of following. Thus the superior person at nightfall goes indoors for rest and recuperation, honouring the rhythm of activity and stillness rather than forcing one on the other.

Adapt. The situation is asking you to follow rather than to lead, to adjust your plan to changing conditions, and to accept that flexibility is strength here rather than surrender.
