What is a pass code?
After payment you receive a code like ARC-4K7M-92XP-TR6D holding your credits. Keep it somewhere safe — it is stored in this browser and repeated in your receipt email from our payment provider. Anyone with the code can spend the credits.
Already have a pass code?
Your pass code is kept in this browser only. Enter it on any device to use the same credits.
Questions about credits
What exactly does a credit buy?
One AI reading of any kind — tarot, I Ching, fortune stick, numerology or a year-ahead forecast. There is no difference in price between them.
Do credits expire?
No. A pass code keeps its credits indefinitely.
What if I lose my pass code?
It is included in the receipt email from Creem, our payment provider. We cannot recover it any other way, because we do not know who bought it.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, on unused credits within 14 days. See the refund policy.
Is my payment secure?
Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record. We never see or store your card details.
