The imagery
A pale moon with a face in profile hangs in a sky that drops fifteen yods, its light both full and crescent at once. Below, a dog and a wolf howl upward, the tame and the wild sides of the same instinct. Between them a crayfish crawls out of a pool onto the shore, the oldest and least conscious part of the mind emerging. A long road runs from the water between two grey towers and away into distant hills, disappearing before it arrives anywhere. Everything is lit, yet nothing is clear: this is the deck's landscape of dreams, fear and imagination, where shapes mean more than they should. The path is real and it is walkable. It simply cannot be seen all the way to the end from where you stand.
Upright
General
Not everything is as it appears, and your feelings about it are running high. The Moon governs dreams, intuition, anxiety and the imagination's talent for filling gaps with monsters. Something is unclear, and you may be reading meanings into a situation that the facts do not support. Slow down before concluding. At the same time, the deep signal in your dreams and instincts is unusually strong now and worth recording. Walk the path even without full visibility, checking your footing as you go. Fear is present here, but so is a real and useful kind of knowing.
Love
Uncertainty and strong feeling. Something may be hidden, or you may be imagining a problem that has not been confirmed. Insecurity, old wounds and jealousy can distort what you see, so check the story against the evidence before acting on it. Ask a direct question rather than interpreting silence. Where genuine deception is present, your instinct will keep insisting, and it deserves a hearing.
Career
The situation is murkier than it looks. Information may be incomplete, promises vague, or office undercurrents stronger than the official version. Avoid signing or committing while things are unclear, and ask specific questions. Creative and intuitive work flourishes now even as practical clarity lags. Trust the unease you cannot yet explain, but verify it before you act. Ask the same question again in a week.
Money
Figures are unclear or based on assumptions rather than facts. Read documents carefully and be wary of anything that relies on someone else's optimism. Anxiety about money may be larger than the actual situation, so check the real numbers rather than living with the fear. Postpone large commitments until the picture is genuinely clear.
Reversed
General
The fog is lifting, or the fear is being seen for what it is. Reversed, the Moon often marks the moment confusion resolves, a truth surfaces, or an anxiety loses its grip once it has been examined in daylight. Something hidden may be revealed, sometimes by accident. Less comfortably, it can show continued self-deception, or refusing to hear intuition because the message is inconvenient. Write things down, talk to someone outside the situation, and separate what you know from what you imagine. Clarity here is a relief, and it usually arrives sooner than you expect.
Love
Confusion clears. A misunderstanding is resolved, a truth is spoken, or you realise a fear was mostly your own history speaking. Reversed, this card supports honest conversation and the release of suspicion that had no evidence behind it. Where something genuinely was concealed, it comes to light now and you can decide from facts instead of guesses. That is a much better place to stand.
Career
Ambiguity resolves and the real situation becomes visible. Reversed, this card suggests that a hidden factor at work is surfacing, or that your worries about your position were larger than the reality. Ask the direct question you have been avoiding. If deception has been involved, you are now in a position to respond with facts rather than suspicion. Move carefully, but do move.
Money
The true picture emerges. Reversed, the Moon suggests an error is found, a hidden cost surfaces, or an anxiety about money proves overstated once you look properly. Go through the accounts carefully and get advice from someone who can read what you cannot. Certainty, even unwelcome certainty, is easier to manage than dread.
Advice
Look again in daylight before you trust the shape in the dark.
Affirmation
I walk gently through what I cannot yet see clearly.
