The poem
Original: 勒马持鞭直过来 / 半有忧危半有灾 / 恰似遭火焚烧屋 / 天降时雨荡成灰
The story
Tao Sanchun, daughter of Tao Hong, won her husband Zheng En in a contest of arms; their son and daughter-in-law were fighters too. When word came that Zheng En was surrounded in the southern campaign with Zhao Kuangyin, she took command herself, led her son and his wife against the Southern Tang, joined the other force and came home victorious.
What it means
The image is half sorrow and half joy, and the counsel is simply to do good. You have come charging through with peril on one side and disaster on the other; the roof is alight, and then the rain arrives and washes the trouble into ash. Loss has already happened and the turn is already on its way. Work hard, leave other people's quarrels alone, and let generosity be the rain. Do not blame heaven and do not despair; put out the fire in front of you.

There is damage to your money. Nothing further should go in now, and clearing up the mess is the priority.
Love
The connection is beset by friction. Generosity dissolves more of this than argument, so do not contend over it now.
Work
Though the business is in difficulty there is no cause for grief; this shock is pushing you toward something better.

More treatment may make it worse. What looks serious may not be, and what looks slight deserves attention; investigate carefully.
Travel
Working abroad might go well enough, but the costs and the price you pay for it are probably much higher.
Advice
The roof is burning: put out the fire, do good, and the rain will come.
