The Judgment
Gathering Together. Success. The king approaches his temple. It furthers one to see the great man; perseverance furthers. To bring great offerings creates good fortune, and it furthers one to undertake something. When people come together, there must be a centre that holds them: a leader they trust and a purpose larger than any of them.
The Image
Over the earth, the lake: the image of Gathering Together. Thus the superior man renews his weapons to meet the unforeseen. Where crowds collect, friction and accident follow, so he prepares quietly in advance.
Interpretation
People are coming together around you: a team forming, a family reuniting, a community gathering strength. This concentration of energy is genuinely favourable, but it needs two things to work. First, a real centre. Someone must take responsibility, and something must be held in common, whether a shared purpose, a set of values, or simply an occasion that everyone recognises as meaningful. Without that centre a gathering becomes a crowd, and crowds turn quickly to gossip and rivalry. Second, sincerity of contribution. The great offering in the Judgment means giving something that actually costs you, because groups are held together by what members invest, not by what they extract. If you are the one convening, be visible and steady, and make the purpose explicit. If you are joining, commit properly instead of hovering at the edge. And take the Image seriously: prepare for the friction that any concentration of people produces, so that a small conflict does not scatter what you have built.
Love
A time for coming together in earnest: meeting families, making the relationship public, or simply deciding you are a unit. Show up fully rather than keeping one foot outside. Shared occasions and shared people will strengthen the bond considerably now.
Career
Build or join a team with a clear purpose and a leader worth following. Contribute something substantial early to establish trust. Anticipate the tensions that arise as the group grows, and settle roles and expectations before ambiguity turns into rivalry.

Gather people around a purpose worth serving, and give something real to hold it together.

If you are sincere but not to the end, there is confusion and then gathering. If you call out, after one clasp of hands you can laugh again. Do not despair at early wavering; ask openly for help and connection is restored.
Letting oneself be drawn brings good fortune and remains blameless. If sincere, even a small offering suffices. Allow yourself to be invited in rather than pushing your way; what you bring matters less than the honesty behind it.

Great good fortune, and only then no blame. Your position is unusual and could easily look self-serving, so work wholeheartedly for the group rather than yourself. Only exceptional, visible selflessness keeps you above suspicion.
