Refund policy

Credits are sold through Creem, which acts as the merchant of record for every purchase.

14-day refund on unused credits

If you have not used any of the credits in a pack, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. If you have used some, we refund the unused portion at the pack's per-credit price.

How to request one

Reply to the receipt email you received from Creem, quoting your order number, or contact us through the address on the about page and include your pass code. We normally process requests within three business days; the money is returned by Creem to the original payment method.

What is not refundable

Credits that have already produced a reading are not refundable — the AI generation has already been paid for. Readings you are unhappy with are not grounds for a refund, because divination is interpretive by nature; this is set out in the terms.

Failed readings

If a reading fails for a technical reason, its credit is returned to your pass automatically and immediately. You do not need to contact anyone.
